I am annoyed with my recruiter. I have called him three times in the past few weeks and he never calls back. He says to call him between certain times and I do and I always get voicemail. We need to meet up to fill out I-9 paperwork and he's only available on the weekends (?!). I don't know what else to do.

Hmm, does he have any physical office hours?? It seems like you've been out of the loop for such a long time!

I don't think he does honestly.

Try sending him an email on RepRewards. I know that my recruiter checks it twice a day. He also gets so much regular email, that it's easier for him to respond on RepRewards. You could also contact the Disney Campus Rep office if you just need I-9 paperwork. Check for their number in an issue of Rep Wire/Marketing Minute. Good luck!!

I have emailed him twice and called four times. And he tells me to call him to make arrangements. I do and he never answers, and he never calls back!

I filled out all my other paperwork (Disney has it) and I have the I-9 paperwork, I just need him to surpervise me filling it out but he says he's only available on weekends to go meet at a book store or something, and I can't do anything on campus as I have nothing to do it with (no fliers, etc.).

Just email/call the main offices and tell them all of the information. They will either get him on the ball with everything or get you set up directly. In business/job situations after you give the person 2-3 chances to get it right then always go a step above them to get the job done. There are so many lazy or just super-busy people that sometimes you have to make several points of contact.

I agree just call the main office and tell them the situation, maybe they can help you directly. Also, my recruiter has a boss, try finding out who your recruiter's boss is.

I called and sent an email. They said they'd forward the email and would call me later to let me know what to do about my I-9 form.

Ok an update. My recruiter's boss is out of the country, so they're going to forward my email to him. They said just to send them the I-9 form with the parts only I can complete and they'll get that taken care of. Yay for the campus rep office.

I forgot to post an update. I got two boxes of stuff to give out at school (and to do an info table), and I'm just waiting for Disney to process my paperwork now :cool1: .

Yes I am. I already got my posters and such, so I'm going to give them out/post them after Spring Break. I also have to talk to the person in charge of the Career Office.
