I just got off the phone with MS and they said the system is updating on Feb 22 and they cannot make any ressie and call back after 10am--- after I just waited on hold for 30 mins???
Why would they do a system update on such a busy morning-- they can't even check avail. so I still have to call back again----- this is nuts!!!!:headache:

This is ridiculous...Sometimes makes me wonder if it is even worth the major hassles....:headache:

I think "system update" is code for "our system can't handle the call volume and crashed". Disney has to put their spin on everything, you know.
I'm sorry you weren't able to make your ressie, I hope things work out.

Got the same thing - call back after 10:00 - now it's call back after 11:00. I hope I can get a reservation using my developer points before 10/3!:mad:

Because they are at the mercy of the Disney IT shop? Which has to be one of the worst IT shops I have ever seen in action.
Disney, pick up the phone! Call Marriott, Hilton etc and start poaching.
Cute does not cut it... you need FUNCTION!~
