If this were me, I'd wait for another day - this is not a reservation that requires booking 11 months in advance, LOL. You could even safely wait another couple of months and still get it.

This is true. But I have gotten through have nothing better to do so why not wait the 20 mins. I want to get it booked and know that I can get those dates. Be one less worry on my mind. This will be our thrid adults only trip, it is great.

Just been told by the MS rep that they are going to have to shut down until 10:00, computer problems, they are telling everyone to call back at 10, since I was on the phone with him he is calling me back at 10 to finish my reservation.

Got through and had what I wanted but system crashing. She was able to grab it but said they are being told to tell people to call back after 10 EST to allow them time to reboot the system.

I got through to the MS and they said they can't take or modify reservations right now the system was down to call back later.

We got in and were able to THV in July for 2 nights.

We've just been told the same thing - ring back after 10 - took us 25 minutes to get through, then 5 mins on hold and now this!! Must be system overload!!:scared1:

We were making reservervation just before system crashed. We were able to complete reservation for THV because we were using Developer points.
