Does anyone have anyadvice for a person to get info from CRO regarding the resort prices for the summer? I am trying to get an upsell or something for the fist two weeks in August and with the new last name and zipcode stuff they need they see the entire histrory of your travel. We also have waited past the codes dates because DH can never make up his mind for things like this so now he wants to go but we can't afford to go as we have in the past. I am really not a good fibber, but maybe that is what I have to do. If anyone has advice I am listening.

Yea!!!! I was able to get a code that was for the time we are thinking of at the resort we wanted. Iused my maiden name and address. My dad still lives there so I will just get the confirmation from him. I knew there were codes that would work for me.

If you're just checking out prices, you don't have to give them your name and zip code. Just tell them you'd rather not and they should oblige.

I've called 3 times in the last 10 days and they have not asked me for any info unless I was booking. Today I was asked if I wanted what she looked up for me saved so it would be easier to find if I called back to book at those prices - I said 'no thanks' and she was fine with that- all of my recent CM experiences have been very positive- if you're not working with a great CM hang up and call back another!

It must be the CM's I am getting but I have not called once in the last week where I wasn't asked for a name and zipcode. I have called 407 Wdisney and the Disney Club line and got the same question. This morning when I called 407wdisney I gave the girl the maiden name and she was great she looked and looked until she found something for me. I think it is what we are going to book so I am going to have to tell her the truth but none the less, my experience is that they are trying to keep an accurate data base which is fine but I wanted a discount and that was all I was going for the info on a discount. I wasn't asking Disney to pay for the call the only use I have found for the Disney club at this point is the 800 # and that is not doing me any good. I had to use 407 to get the info I was looking for. Oh well I hope that e can get decent airfare.
