Is anyone else having any problems logging into the passholders area? It keeps telling me that I have entered a invalid number but I just bought my AP and used it in January and the site took the information a few weeks ago so I am confused as to way it's not working today.

I haven't been able to log in for over a month. It keeps saying I have an invalid #.

I always get that message and I've been a passholder for years. Only was able to log in once (2-3 years ago!) and it booted me off. I've tried calling the passholder number and the CM gave me another number to call. Turns out it was the same number I called originally. Have e-mailed disney.com but have not gotten a response. Just find it very agravating.

Still getting the same message about an invalid number though I am taking it straight off the back of the the pass. I have emailed disney so I will see what happens and let you know. It is so aggravating since it was just working 2 weeks ago. Thanks for all your help.

I haven't been able to log-in for over a month. I can't get DH's to work either. It's aggravating as we are leaving in 3 days and I'd like to print out the current beni's and TIW participants :sad2:

The same thing is happening to me, I know the number is correct as it worked a couple of weeks ago. Its very annoying as I want to compare AP rates.

No problems here. I was just on the passholder website. Whether I log in a home or work, with my account or my hubby's, we've never had a problem. Sadly there seems to be alot of issues with logging in.

I was also having a problem logging on. I normally would log on under the Annual/Season pass option, but after trying multiple times I went to the section under it for exchange ticket and put my info in and I got in :confused3
