Good story. I liked the specific details provided by the guest as to how the having OL saved $$.

The value for me is more in making my trip easier and less stressful and saving time (Time is money, right?)

But the direct money saving aspect is timely, that is for sure.

And I just had a great experience off-property at the Holiday Inn Maingate East. Even though OL hasn't been there very often, everything went off without a hitch. And Bell Services there seemed to think it was a wonderful idea!
