Funnel Cakes a Snack Credit?

What's the deal with the funnel cakes? :confused3

I keep finding differing reports... are they or are they not a snack credit? Is it that they're a snack credit at some place and not at another?

I've gotta find out... a must-do on dh's list! Thanks in advance for your help!

They are still available in MK at Sleepy Hollow but not at Epcot.

Last September when I went to WDW, I used a SC on funnel cakes in Sleepy Hollow in the Magic Kingdom (by Liberty Square). I could not use them at the Funnel Cakes kiosk on the Boardwalk or at the America Pavilion at Epcot.

There is a sticky thread with information about all the different "confirmed" snacks. Funnel Cakes is still listed on this thread :cool1: at Sleepy Hollow. I used this 2008 SC list when I went and everything was accurate.

Thanks for the clarification.

I have seen the snack credit list... just was confused because I read some reports that "they" were no longer giving funnel cakes as snack credits on the DDP.

This explains it! Sleepy Hollow it is! Dh will be thrilled!

Yes that's true. Someone did post that it was no longer available but there have been several more posts since then who confirmed the DP symbol is still on the menu next to the funnel cake.

At least funnel cakes are available someplace as a snack credit! Good to know because I knew they were not available at Epcot as a snack credit.

Churros at Epcot were not a snack credit either when we went in July, but the lade at the counter at the CS location in Mexico allowed my DH to get one as a snack credit. Guess it was his handsome smile!

after i walked around the world showcase without my wallet and only my kttw card...to find out that they arent snack credits and they dont accept room charge...

i went to the magic kingdom to sleepy hollow i had funnel cake on 2.25.2009 and paid $6 cash
