If the official park opening is at 10 am, is there a show at the entrance like they do in Florida? When and where do they hold the crowd for rope drop? Is everyone at the front gate, or do they let you down to the hub by the castle?

What time would you leave Paris (near Eiffel Tower) by train to get there with time to spare?

Thank you!

Because of EMH mornings most times guests are let in before the official opening time. You will only be able to walk down Main St. The lands off the hub are protected by ropes and CMs. Unless you have hotel id or a Dream annual passport you will have to queue at the ropes.

Mickey comes down to the front gates and has a wave at the crowd and opens the Park before driving off in his car. This is between half 9 and 10 o'clock. Bear in mind that there are already loads of people in the Park due to EMH.

The crowds are then free to wander and shop in Main Street or go and queue at the ropes around the Hub. There is a rope at the entrances to each of the other 4 lands (although EMH guests may go into Fantasyland and Discoveryland, of course)

Sorry - can't help with the travel times. Someone else is bound to know. :goodvibes

We left our hotel near Gare Du Nord at 8.30 and made it to DLP at 10.30, but that included changing trains

I think the RER A goes from near you, so you could have to have to change trains, so I would leave at 7/7.30 to be thee for 9.30
