Choo-choo!:goodvibes

Has anyone visted here-is it worth visiting for a couple of hours? The scenario is we have only a half day free in SD-we have a city tour until around 1.30 in the afternoon, so its a bit late to start visiting Seaworld or the Zoo, so I thought DBf might like the museum-so any feedback would be appreciated. If not any other ideas for 2 or 3 hours in SD-we would be relying on taxis as we're on a coach tour.

Much appreciated:grouphug:

If it's the one in Balboa Park we were there maybe 3 or 4 years ago.
Don't know if it would take more than an hour or so. My son would've been 6 or 7 when we went. But it seems they were in the process of building a new display.
Maybe if you have a couple hours to use. There's lots of other stuff to walk around in the park and see as well. I'll have to keep this in mind for the summer. Tho now my son has outgrown trains and grown into sports.

Sorry I wasn't a whole lot of help.

My kids enjoyed it, but it really only takes less than an hour. Also at Balboa Park is the Aerospace Museum and my kids LOVED that one. You could easily spend a few hours at Balboa park seeing a couple of them.

great, thanks to both of you:grouphug: I've told DBf he can choose what we do, but with only 3 or 4 hours both the zoo and SW are a bit rushed.
