Do the length of stay passes offered at a discount to DVC quests include the water parks? Is this what Disney now calls the Ultimate Park Hopper ticket on the Disneyworld web site?

Yes, the Ultimate Park Hopper (DVC- 10% discount)- includes admission to all WDW Theme Parks, water parks, Pleasure Island and Disney Quest.

You can purchase these at the desk at check-in and they'll encode it on your room ID.
