WE CALLED DISNEY TODAY AT THE CBR RESORT AND THE CM WE TALKED TO WAS A TOTAL GROUCH.

WE WERE TRYING TO PUT SOME REQUESTS IN AND SHE TOLD US TO CALL DTC.

THEY TOLD US TO CALL THE RESORT .

Try faxing the room controller at the CBR to get your requests in. I believe the front desk people at the resorts cannot add requests over the phone. No need to be grouchy though. Hope you have a great trip.

They must of had PMS. LOL Everyone gets grouchy, even people that work in Disney world, they are only human. forget the grouch and go and have a FUNtastic time.:)

Probably cause they had 20 people waiting to check in and 2 CM's working it.

I guess not everyone can "feel" the magic. I have run into a few "grumpy's" at Disney (and not the one who hangs around Snow White) I just chalk it up to a bad day and don't let it get to me (too much at least.)
