My first time back in 4 years, and OMG...it's so pretty!!!!

So--here's my big introduction--

Hi, my name is Deva and I am 16--I live in Farmington, Michigan and am a Junior at Farmington High School. I adore disney-the first time I went was when I was 5 and I fell in love the first time I set foot at Magic Kingdom. I went the year after that, then again in 2004, in 2007 with band, and this year twice--June.

Ok--So here it goes!!
Day 1 we left for disney at 11 AM on Sunday, June 16th...I forgot to post a pic of my grandparents so here they are--it's the only one I have uploaded right now--http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m156/hollisterluva92/n1252770259_30109596_3841-1.jpg

After I woke up I got showered and dressed in my normal disney attire--my magic kingdom shirt and tinkerbell pants--I wanted something comfy for the plane ride

Then I proceded to go downstairs with everyone and we had bagels and cream cheese for breakfast. We didn't want anything heavy so that we could eat our mcdonalds lunch at the airport. We ate and then went upstairs and grabbed our luggage--here's mine:

After that, we all piled into the car and my parents said goodbye, and then off we went!! We got to the Detroit International Airport at around 10:45 AM..15 minutes early---which is a rare thing in my house...we're almost always late...After we checked in with Northwest Airlines, we got through security and then decided to eat lunch at mcdonalds

After our fulfilling lunch, we went and sat down at our gate, where I proceded to look through my binder of disney materials that have our ADRs, where we're staying, itineraries, and a bunch of other stuff.

After we got on the plane, we took off nice and smoothly and after a 2 hour flight, landed in Orlando!!!!! We got off the plane and immeadietly went over to the Disney Magical Express Line!!! It wasn't too bad of a line, maybe 20 people or so. It took us about 10 minutes to get on the bus, but it was well worth the wait. We had never taken the magical express before, we'd either rent a car or take a cab.

So when I left off we had just pulled into Saratoga Springs. Well, we all got off of the bus and then we headed to check in. Me and my brother waited here while my grandparents checked us in:

Then they came back and got us. They told us that they upgraded us to a better room!!!! YAY!!!!!! We decided to grab a bite to eat before we went to the room since we didn't have any luggage and we ate here:

I had the Chicken strip meal with the fries--they were amazing...

After this we decided to go check out our room...and of course it started raining just as we walked outside...We had no clue where to go...it's a little confusing, but finally found a cm with a golf cart that said he would take us to our room. As soon as we got into the golf cart, it started pouring!!!!! We had to put down the little rain flaps....anyways...he took us over to the Carousel bus station and then into our building. We were on the second floor, room 1204. We opened the door and our breath was taken away...our room was so big and pretty! I then told everyone not to touch anything because I had to go and take pictures of everything...here's a few:

By this time it was almost 5 pm, and we wanted to head out to MGM for Star Wars Weekends before it was too late.
We put together our bag for the park, and freshened up and then headed out of our room. When we walked out, it wasn't raining anymore!!! Yay!!! But, it was really humid...ehhh...thats ok, we're in Disney, right!!!
So--off to the bus stop...

So...when I last left off we were at the bus stop. Amazingly enough, it only took 10 minutes for the bus to come. We got on and off we headed to Hollywood Studios for Star Wars Weekends. The first thing we did was head to get something for dinner. We went over to Mama Melrose's, but there was a little bit of a wait, 70 minutes to be exact, so we decided to head somewhere else. We went over by the Pizza Planet Arcade and decided to see what there was in there.
I had the Buzz Meal-Cheese pizza, a drink, and a salad...

Then we went to get fast passes for Rock n' roller coaster and Tower of Terror...We went to toy story mania to ride that and didn't realize how long of a wait it was....120 minutes!! Well--we needed to go on this ride, I mean...it is still brand new!!

Then we got about 1/3 of a way into the line and people were coming out left and right saying that they weren't even half way yet and it has been almost 2 hours. We decided that we would not be waiting 3 or 4 hours to ride that ride...By this time our fp's for tot and rrc were getting close, so off we headed..Me and my brother went and rode Tot and then came back and sat down to have a bite to eat...We ate at Anaheim Produce. I had the pretzel with cheese
