Hey everyone!

I'm looking into getting a Garmin and just read that they FINALLY made it compatible for Macs. For some weird reason, the spec page on the Forerunners says compatibility coming soon...but if you go to their software download page, all of the Mac software is there already and someone at the running store I went to said he uses it on his Mac. :confused3

ANYWAYS... :) Has anyone had any problems connecting it to their Mac? I'm thinking of buying it when my refund check gets deposited (hopefully soon! yay for doing my taxes early!) but I don't want to buy it if it doesn't work. I don't have a PC so it would be a problem. :)

Hi there... I got the 305 at Costco when they had it on sale and have a Mac that I use it on... no problems what so ever with the program or the uploading. There's even a program called Ascent (I think) that is specifically for Mac people that you can sync to. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask :goodvibes

Thanks so much Suzann! :) Definitely helps my decision making. I've heard of Ascent, or whatever it's called, I think so I'll look into it as well. Thanks again! I'm sure after I buy it, I'll probably have questions. lol
