Can you pay off your room ahead of time?

I want make payments on our August stay to spread out the payments. I booked online, room only SuperSaver, can I call and put down $200 every month or do I have to wait to pay once we get there?

You will have to call accounting services to have them set that up for you.

Be careful with this.

We did it once and accounting never transferred the money until the end of our stay.
The hotel still blocked off the price of the entire stay on our CC. It took 15 days for the block to clear. So if your idea is to free up CC you might want to bringa spare one just in case.

I always pay my stay before we arrive.
if you call 407-503-9219,this is Yomaira Perez direct line, she is Advance Deposits/Payment Processor. She will email you an Advance Payment form, you put on your- res Number -date of stay -resort you are staying, details of CC and amount to debit, and it registered to your room straight away.
Then fax it to them with the number on the form.
