Birth Certificates

Hi. We are getting kind of worried.Dh sent for a new birth certificate the end of Jan so did DD 16. DD got hers but they are still giving Dh problems. We leave on March 5th lucky that we don't need a passport yet for we are driving. They both used the exact info.:confused3 :confused3

The service Ontario website states that you get your money back if it takes longer than 15 days. Have you used their online status checker?
