Sushi Bar at Poly?

Does the sushi bar at the Poly fall under a counter service credit?

I understand it does. I do know that if you are on the DxDDP and are eating at Konas that you can ask for the Sushi Bar's menu and order sushi as an appetizer. I did that in Sept and is was soooo good.
