The Le Cellier menu as posted on allears has the 'Chef's favorite'. It includes several options to make a one price, three course meal. Appetizer, entree, dessert. Is this covered by the (regular) DDP?

Yes, but you must stick to the listed courses, no substitutions are permitted. (Other restaurants don't permit this - Le Cellier is pretty much the only one)

This menu does not include the most expensive cuts of meat. If you want those, it would be better to pay for an appetizer OOP.
