Passport Office

I went to the Brampton, ON Passport Office around 9:45 am. I waited 15 minutes to be served and after applying for 4 passports, I was out by
10:20am !!

I am still in shock ... :rotfl:

Yep..I had the same reaction when I went to the Kitchener office...and you will be even more shocked when you see how fast they come to you...less than a week!!

That is great news. Too bad I couldn't have done the same thing today. My husband forgot to leave his ID home!:sad2: Now I have to wait until next week to do it. I hope I have the same luck:thumbsup2

I just mailed mine in and got my passport back in exactly 2 weeks. I was very surprised because they had said at the post office that it would take 20 business days.

It took dh under 45 minutes on a Monday when he went....we (2 dds and me) were out in less than 40 on a Friday! Both were at the London location....:cool1:

I was at the Brampton office last week and it took about 30 or 40 mins for me to get dd,ds and mine done. Not too bad:)

I just got thinking....does anyone know if there is a website/forum/whatever for us to give compliments? I'm sure everyone hears one person *itching who had a bad experience, maybe since all of us have had such positive experiences we should make sure the agents know that too!

I have to say that while we were there, not one agent goofed off or spent time on their phone etc...it was straight work, work, work.....for once government employees earning their pay!:worship: Plus, the lady we had was AWESOME with my dds.....asked them if they were travelling soon, and when they replied "Disney" she got rally excited for them!:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

I had the same experience in Kitchener - Went Fri Feb 6th at about 10:15am and was at the counter paying by 10:40am - much better then I had anticipated. Still don't have the passports back yet but they said they would be mailed on or before Feb 20th - hope so b/c dh goes to Germany on buisness March 6th and will definately need it!!

We went to the Winnipeg office a few weeks ago, and my wife was finished and they were waiting for my signature, (which I forgot to do before hand) by the time I found a parking place and got into the office!!!
