Help? Restaurant Reservation Number

Hi

I am wondering if anyone can help. The number I am dialling to reserve restaurants is saying "the number you have dialled has not been recognised" and I am taking this number from the actual Disney site.

Any help appreciated - the kids and I go on Monday for 3 nights - cannot wait - it is our first time.
