Is this place an actual shower or a communal location for relaxation?

I was wondering if you use it as a shower with aromatherapy bodywash and/or shampoo or is it a huge steam room where several people are sitting on those heated tile loungers? I've seen photos but am still confused. I know the suriel bath is private but wasn't sure on the rainforest issue.

thanks

you can see the showers in the tropical rainforest room, but I don't think more than one person uses one at a time, at least from what i saw.

The rest of the room is a large open area with heated tile loungers and benchs.

There are three saunas. One is super steamy, and handles four people at a time. the other two can accomodate several people at a time.

You should go to Barb's site, as she has lots of info there...

The rainforest room is actually a series of rooms. There is a large sauna with seating on tiled seats that would probably hold 15 people comfortably. There are two steam rooms, one is quite large; the other would be filled with 3-4 people. The center room contains a fountain with lights that change color, and the tiled lounges. Off of the main rooms are several showers that have side and overhead faucets to spray from all sides--these are open showers--no curtains, etc. You could use a body wash if you wanted. Most showers are just for 1 person and are very open.

Thanks so much for clearing that up for me. I have used a spa once in my life at the Luxor in Las Vegas and they had private separate showers and was wondering if that was the case here. Even tho that's not the case, it still sounds heavenly and I can't wait for the experience.

Thanks again for the answers.
