Can you reuse them? Or do you have to get a new one each time?

PhotoPass cards CAN be reused if you want, but there is no need. New cards are free from any PhotoPass photographer.

I like to keep my PhotoPass cards from each trip as a souvenier and get a new one the next time I arrive at WDW.
