design on a Neoprene Laptop Sleeve??

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to apply a design to a Neoprene Laptop Sleeve? I bought a plain color one and wanted to apply a Disney design to it for DW. Was kind of thinking print it on an iron-on sheet and apply it that way, but then wasnt sure if the neoprene type material would hold up to the iron?
