This has been posted elsewhere already, but the article explains that Dreamworks Animation (and Katzenberg) are NOT part of the deal at all, as DA was spun off as a completely separate entity that has a distribution deal with Paramount.

This is strictly a distribution deal with Dreamworks SKG.
