View Full Version : Just booked and had confirmation email-q please?

Total newbie again here :wave2: Thanks for all your answers on the Santa Fe V Seq thread and all the helpful suggestions.
Anyway back OT, just booked for DLP Hotel New York for 5 nights in Sept but when i received the email confirmation the details of "guests" only include my husband and i! Is this normal?? Wondering if its because my daughter will only be 2 when we travel, as i KNOW i included her details on the page. Panicking a little and any advice vey welcome-thanks! :)

I believe it normally says that if you have infants included in your party (that is - under 3s) they will not show on the booking.

Yes - have just checked my one - take a look at page 3 under the heading "confirmation recap"

Thank you sooo much for putting my mind at rest-was starting to panic! :bitelip:

Again, im going to sound like a total idiot lol but im a total newbie to all this and have no idea where page 3 is! My confirmation is a one page "receipt notification" so im guessing you dont mean that. Is it on the site?? Sorry i know it can be annoying when things that seem obvious aren't to others...x

Whenever we have been with under 3's they have never shown up on our booking, i think its *** they dont need a ticket to get into the parks. Likewise if you book eurostar - under 3's dont need tickets on this eaiter, always wondered as you would think they should know exactly how many people are on the train!!! :confused3

It is very confusing!! The confirmation never has under 3's on there and doesn't include requests for cot's etc. Just one tip, if you have requested a cot then re-ask at reception as we have asked for one on our last two trips and had to re-ask every time :-)

When Kyra was under 3 she was never included on my booking.

Sorry if I confused you - my email confirmation had a link to a PDF file which is a 7 page letter. This is the letter you need to print out and take with you when you go. The page 3 I referred to is in this letter.
I receive one of these PDF letters each time I book over the phone with Disney.
