AP Parking Fees (Hotel vs. Parks)

I know parking is waived with the Premier AP, but does that apply to the hotel and the parks or just the parks? Many thanks!

With the Preferred and the Premier APs, you get free parking at the parks, but the hotels are not owned by Universal Studios, so you do have to pay for parking there.
