That's still on my list of to-do's...building a Mickey lamp. I like how they constructed their base on the top pic. Looks like maybe 1x4s? Seems like a lightweight way to go. Anyways, all these pics make me want to be there!!

Great pictures!! I'm in the process of making one...do you know where I can find any other "crafty" things to make (to set outside the camper @ FW)? I've seen mickey mouse profiles lined with rope lights...any ideas on how they make it? Or have you seen anyother threads like the one you posted? Thanks so much!!!

We frequently go during the holiday season and I made this "Mickey Wreath" from 3 pre-lit wreaths I bought on clearance at WalMart for about $20 total...

BTW, the 2 blue "poles" are actually 2 trees that were on our campsite. :)
