Email Address for Complaints

I'm sending a complaint letter about a problem we had during our last stay, but I can only find an actual address to sent it to. I'd much rather get it sent by email and know from reading on here that it can be done. Can anyone give me the email address they've successfully used for a complaint please?

When I sent my complaint last week this is the address that I was told to use from a Disneyland phone rep: dlp.guest.communication@disney.com

I still haven't gotton a response or even an acknowledgment of them receiving it. :rolleyes2
