I'm trying to decide if I should book a studio or a 1 bedroom for BLT in November.
My husband has never stayed on property, and wants to see the differences before we make a decision.
Anyhow.... Is there anywhere to see floor plans for the resorts? Specifically BLT.
Thanks.

Don't they have the floor plans on the member website?

I'm not a DVC member, but I feel like the studios look pretty disappointing (smaller than all other studios, although this wouldn't be an issue if it's just two of you). On the other hand, the one bedrooms look incredible - imagine those big glass windows with a Magic Kingdom view!

Left is studio, right is one bedroom

I'll have to take a better look. I didn't see them before, maybe I was looking in the wrong place.

I have 300 points, I need to borrow 43 from next year to do 8 nights in a 1 bedroom. With MK view.

My use year is February, so I get my points a few months later , anyway.

I think I'd rather use them than start off with lots of points banked.

I can be frugal later, and stay in a studio without a view.

I stayed in a studio in BWV , and I like the BLT's kitchenette better.

Actually the BLT studios are larger than SSR and AKV value studios. I'm not sure about BW or AKV standard studios.

Where's the bathroom sink in the studio? Is it that little square area across from the bathroom? Do any other DVC studios have such a large kitchen area?

Nevermind...I think I just figured it out. It looks like the bathroom vanity is across from the kitchenette counter. That seems odd.

When I stayed in the studio in BWV the bathroom vanity was outside the bathroom and across from the kitchenette.

I makes sense that the vanity be outside the bathroom - 2-3 people can get ready at the same time.
