I thought I would post a list of some of the group meals that are planned, so you wouldn't need to wade through the 7 threads of the Podcast Cruise...if you (and your family) would like to be added to any of them, please post so we can add you.

Thursday 14 - I am up for both lunch and dinner and I am open to either restuarant. I'd prefer Trails End, but if Mindy can join us at Earl of Sandwich then I think we should do that.

Friday 15 - Would love to go to Tusker House.

Saturday 16 - Will go to 50's Prime Time as well.

I believe Tracy said that the boat has to be emptied by 9:30 (unless there is a problem clearing customs). Which would give us at least 2.5 hours to get back to Metropolitan Disney World, check in, and get to lunch. Earl of Sandwich might be more convenient in that regard, but Trails' End seems more fitting. As of now, both are scheduled. Choose what works best for you.:goodvibes
If there is a feeling from the group of interested parties that lunch needs to be scheduled later, then we can do that, too.

We don't have a set place for dinner on May 9th. I know Judy and I are having dinner at Kona with katscradle, Katherine and her DH ,sorry John, I know your screen name is 3 guys-something, I have trouble with names on a regular basis.

As far as a park, DHS has EMH that day so I think I will be going for that. Judy doesn't get to Orlando until after 4 pm. We do have the Kitchen Sink attempt at 3 pm at B&C.

My plan is to head straight for TSM, ride, get a fast pass, head for ToT and ride and then go to RnRC and go through the single rider line. Depending on the return time on the FP I will see what else I can do before the FP is ready. I might get another FP for TSM if the timing is right. I expect I will have lunch somewhere in DHS.

I think you are mixed up about Kona. It is at the Poly, so it will make it easy to get to the Wishes meet.

Duh! **smacks head** I shouldn't have been trying to catch up on so much of the Dis after a few :drinking1 - I was thinking Boma and saying Kona. Also, I wasn't paying attention to which EMH DHS had - I just assumed it was evening and didn't realize it was morning. Morning wouldn't be so bad because even people who CAN get in sometimes don't and we can leave for lunch at Earl (so, so yummy!) and meet up with everyone. Since we are wearing our GKTW shirts on 5/10, how will we know each other? A rose on our lapel perhaps? :rolleyes1

Hi all! Question for you!!!

There seems to be some confusion with the Trails End lunch. According to the restaurant, someone has a block of 25 at 11:45. Is it one of us that has the block of 25, or is there another group in town?

IMPORTANT
Our Trail's End reservation on May 14th is NOT at 11:45 for 25 people. It is at 11:55 for 15 people. I just got off the phone with Disney Diining after being on hold for 30 minutes and they claim that they can not make changes to our ADR because I booked it through the group dept. I told the cast member that it was made through Disney Dining and not group and he actually called me a lier and said that he would not and could not touch my reservation. So I made an additional reservation for 8 people at 12 noon. I know that Don's family and Katherine's family have their own ADR's. That leaves 22. Our 2 ADR's now cover 23 people. There is room for only 1 more person. Sorry if I sound frustrated, that guy at Disney Dining just ticked me off. Normally I would have just hung up and called back but there was no way I wanted to wait on hold for another 30 minutes.

May 14th, Trail's Enc, 11:55am and 12:00noon for 23 people total

O.K. I am changing the #'s on things!

Here's how it stands as of right now!!

Tusker House 27 spots, #people confirmed 22, # of spaces left 5, ressie time 10:15am

Chefs de France 10 spots, #people confirmed 10, # of spaces left 0, ressie time ?

50's Prime Time 35 spots, #people confirmed 21, # of spaces left 14, ressie time11:15am

Trails End 44 spots, #people confirmed 22, # of spaces left 22, ressie times 12:15pm, 12noon, 11:55am.
This is not counting Dpuck or 3guysandagal/katscradle into the Trails End ressies as we have our own.

So as you can see due to some confusion we now have plenty of dining spots available.
So here's what we are going to do.
The cut-off to sign up for any of these group dining events will be on April 30th. @ 6pm. Then on May 1st we will be calling WDW dining and cancelling what we don't need.
This has been a group effort between several people.

We decided to get the dining plan for the 2 extra days.

Are there some people here maybe interested in a breakfast at Garden Grove after the podcast??

On Saturdays and Sundays they have a character breakfast at the Garden Grove located in the Swan for $18,99 adults an kids for $11,99.
Breakfast is between 8-11am.

I just thought I would post and let everyone know, that as of now there is no more available spaces, for the Trails End Dining on May 14th, for lunch.
This is due to wanting to release the extra spaces to let other people enjoy this restaurant. :)
We don't want to be double bookers!

O.K. so now all dining spaces are gone for TuskerHouse on May 15th.
Also all dining is gone for 50's Prime Time on May 16th.
If you want to join in then you must make your own dining ressie. :)
