Non-Disney restaurants in the theme parks?

Okay so Pete mentioned that Yak and Yeti in the Animal Kingdom is owned by a restaurant chain- I had no idea that any of the restaurants in the parks were owned by other companies?!?!? I have never eaten there, but I was surprised that Disney would outsource an in park restaurant. Does anyone know which other restaurants in the parks aren't Disney? Just curious...

(I know that the Downtown Disney ones aren't owned by Disney, just asking about the theme park restaurants).

I thought I heard that some of the restaurants in the WS either weren't owned by disney or where managed by another company. I wanna say Japan and China come to mind. Someone else might know more.

the discussion came up as to how a WS restaurant joins the DDP, and that the first edition of the DDP brochure every year isn't a full list because they are working out contracts. Does anyone else remember this?
