It is supposed to be COLD here, so the first thing is to bundle up!!

I'm back!!!!

OMG what a few days i've had. Thanks for all the shout outs & text's everyone!!!!! this is the 1st time i've had a minute to come on. someone just ask me about mt.washmore!! just ask. i dare ya!
Here's a quick recap on my life

My little man- SICK
Husband-SICK
Mother-SICK

ok that's about it in a nutshell. i plugged my phone in to charge in my *crap*corner the other day and that was the end of that. i thought, oh good, i'm going to charge my phone, clean and organize my corner.......nope. everyone puking and pooping and whining and complaining all over the place. oh good grief. i can't take one more person not feeling well around here. and my mom lives on her own, so i'm back and forth over there. i called her a few times yesterday with no answer and then my mind takes over so i have to run down there in the snow & sleet to make sure she's ok. it's been so cold and snowy and yucky that i just can't take another day. i'm starting to feel like junk and i so hope i'm not getting what they have or had. i'm hoping that bubba can go to school today. he has an hour delay so hopefully. *fingers crossed*!

Why is it on the days you can sleep in, you can't. DD has a dentist appt at 11:00 and a 90 minute transportation delay. We could have slept in but nooooooo, I was up at 4:15 am.:crazy2:

Spend the afternoon recovering from DD's dentist appt with MomE. -done, had fun shopping
Lunch out, maybe Panera Bread.:scratchin - Done ended up going to my new favorite tavern for a yummy cobb salad and onion rings.

You didn't miss it. We (Translate He) mde the arrangements yesterday. We were suppose to do it the Friday before we left for Disney but it didn't work out.

Okay.....girls....don't laugh.....I am getting married at "The Dog Pen". For 10 or 12 years he has had 10+ acres that has a pond, woods swap. THere is 2.5 acres cleared (was more but he sold some to a cousin) anyway, He use to raise hunting dogs when we first dated 9.5 years ago and has a kennel set up out there....he has always called it the dog pen. But that is where we are going to build our house and where we will spend the rest of our life...so that being said - the preacher will meet us there at 5 on Friday. The witnesses will be a 80 some year old couple that has been married forever and can keep a secret - this is being done on the downlow 'cause everyone thinks they need to be there....he has 4 sisters and he is the 40 year old baby.

So, Friday, I will remain clam and DS is at school then I will pick him up and we will go over to the next county and get out license, etc. DS thinks I can wear my marriage dress since I still have the one from his dad. There was no way to explain that to him without just saying NO. DS is so excited and can't wait to be adopted.

As for me- The boss called to say that the one person that he thought might want to bid for the job has decided she doesn't want it. So, now I have to bid for the one I don't want to get things started, and then hopefully I'll end up where I want...So, now it's just writing that letter. The salary that the wage officer said was way better than what the boss originally thought, so I'm happier than a pig in poop! :goodvibes

OH, and to top it off, I got to hold the new baby for an hour this morning... what a cutie!! OMG!!! And they smell so yummy! My baby will be 17 on Friday, so it's been a while since I've held one :lovestruc

I think that will be beautiful! A lady I work with just got married (her 2nd marriage) this past October. They got married in a field/grassy area and she had wildflowers. The happiness on their faces is more breathtaking!! Far more beautiful than any traditional wedding pics I've ever seen!!
