can anyone explain to me the benefits of using the amex card to pay for a land/sea trip as opposed to paying by cash? thanks for any help!!

If I re-call I got some information about getting some extra perks for the land portion, can't remember what it was and some free stuff for the cruise from AMEX. Depends on the promotion at that time.

YOu will need to use AMEX to pay for all and I am not sure if you need to use AMEX travel or if you can use other TA?

We use AMEX for all travel because of the extra Travel ins and life ins it provides.. I guess it depends on what AMEX??

If you're enrolled in Membership Rewards, you'll rack up a decent number of points pretty quickly.
