Cat 8 vs 9

We have a Cat 8 room GTY (whatever that means) is there any real difference between cat 8 & 9? If so, what is it?

The primary difference is the deck level. Category 8's are on Decks 5, 6, and 7. Category 9's are on Decks 1 and 2. The 9's on Deck 2 are identical to the Category 8's. The 9's on Deck 1, however, have two small porthole windows rather than the single, giant porthole window in the Category 8's.
