Rob Nevins "Skinny Switch Secret"?
I saw this on TV thismorning and looked online a bit, would appreciate any input if anyone else had tried this lifestyle. It is something that I was thinking of starting and also getting my DH on the same program.

Sorry, I've never heard of this plan, but I just had to look at your post because I have a beagle! :dog: He's a tri-color, about 3 years old and his name is Buckley. What a cute bunch you have!!!!
