All of a sudden we are planning a quick trip to DW. Found a $69 deal for the Radisson Resort Parkway. Has anyone ever stayed there? I would like to know what it's like or if there is a better deal somewhere else. Will be going to DW and Universal.

Hi! We just got back yesterday from disney and stayed at the Radisson Resort Parkway! I would defenitly recommend it! They had a great pool with a waterfall and slide, there was also a smaller pool behind that one that was heated, thats where most of the little kids were. The rooms were nice and clean . My husbands favorite thing was that you could see your bill from the tv in your room. It also had a built in playstation and Web TV(you have to pay to use those!) It took us probably 5 min to get to disney in the mornings! We are planning to return in sept. and will defenitly(sp) be staying there again!! I would be glad to answer any more of your questions!!

If you do stay there, sign up for a "Gold Points Rewards Card" at 1800-508-9000 or www.goldpoints.com
You can earn 2,000 points per stay at a Radisson Hotel or Resort. You can earn points for a free night, or gift certificates at TGI Fridays, Ron Jon Surf Shop. Good at Country Inn and Suites as well as Park Plaza Hotels.

Thanks for your help. Usually I spend a year planning our disney trips, this time I have three weeks so I'm nervous I'm going to forget something.
Tinkerbell - Would I be able to request a first floor room?
How much does it cost to eat breakfast in the hotel? I notice that some places include breakfast but this rate seemed so reasonable that I figured we would still save with having to buy breakfast.
IowaGirl-thanks for the info. I'm signing up right away.

KSMOM- I checked on Mary's website Mousesavers and she says the buffet is 7.95 per person +drink, tax and tip.I'm sure if you requested a first floor room and they had one available they would give it to you, We didn't request it, but we had one. Also, not sure if I mentioned in my earlier post but their mini fridges are 5.35 per day

:Pinkbounc :bounce: How is this resort for two 18 year old girls who will rely solely on the free shuttles? We leave in 16 days. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

We will have our 17 year old daughter with us, our 18 year old can't go. We are staying June 14-19. Do they have shuttles to the parks and how often do they run? I heard the pools were great at this place.

I have never stayed there, but we are leaving on June 16th and we are very nervous about the shuttle system. We were too young to rent a car, so i guess we'll just have to wing it. Good luck to you
