Hi! Is there anyone out there that can give me the low-down on this resort? It looks nice and new, but you never know. Any information you can give me ( a wannabe AAA toughie hotel rater) would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Don't know if it's open yet, it was still under consruction when I was there at the beginning of May.(Stayed across the street athe Hampton Inn Sandlake). It's on Universal Blvd by Sandlake Rd; it looks like it's going to be a very nice high rise type resort.

We stayed several times in the Crowne Plaza Resort, 12000 International Drive. Is this the CP you want to know about?

I'm sorry I haven't posted a reply to you nice folks. My husband was in the hospital for arm surgery last week, so I've kinda neglected checking my email. Anyhow, I am interested (now) in both Crowne Plaza properties near WDW. Thanks to #1 Titans Fan, I realize that they have opened up a new hotel on Universal Blvd. I saw coupons for it in a discount hotel guide I picked up at a rest area on the Fla. Turnpike recently. The rate was $89.00 a night. It looked pretty nice.
RobinLyn, if you can give me any information on the 12000 International Drive Crowne Plaza, I would love to read about it. I can get a pretty good rate there through my husband's employer.
Thanks for your help!
P.S. I stayed at the Residence Inn Sea World about three weeks ago. Email me if you would like the scoop on it. Bye!

Hi, jsarge kook:
Hope your hubby's doing better!
The Crowne Plaza is running at about $69 a night on www.hotelkingdom.com depending on your dates. Try them.
Good luck!
