Again my list is a little off this week due to having a large party (50-80) for appetizers and desserts next Sunday afternoon. Instead of any deep cleaning I will be picking up many of the rooms.

Picking up a room invloves:
1. removing from the room anything that doesn't belong and putting it where it goes.
2. Putting away anything sitting out in a room- that belongs there.

The crust is made from graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar (same as a regular crust). I press it into mini muffin tins (inside the little muffin wrappers). Then I make a regular cheesecake mix and pour a little into each muffin cup. I bake them at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes (until slightly browned). Then after they cool, I add 1-2 cherries or blueberries from a bought topping mix onto each. If you don't want to make the crusts I have used vanilla wafers at the bottom instead of crusts before.

I have nilla wafers & cream cheese. I think I'll make some tomorrow too.
Thanks!
