Hi. Does anyone else shop a this store? I new one just opened up in Brantford, so after checking it out on-line we decided to try to go and get most of our groceries there. It was great, I think we spent around $74.00 for groceries. Now we just have to go to a grocery store and gets some hams, fruits and veggies. We were VERY HAPPY:cool1: .We even decided to take our own cloth bags and they gave us 3 centss off per bag of ours we used.
I even picked up two wooden units for my scrapbooking room @ $9.98 each.

We just got our first one here a couple years ago we now have 3 they have great sales .when they first opened here they got in trouble from our ( New Brunswick )milk marketing board for selling milk too cheep .

Love GIANT TIGER - we go to the one in Ingersoll but there is a HUGE one in London. Really great a Christmas time!!:thumbsup2

We go to the one in Port Elgin all the time (we go there in the summer when we go to the Cottage). Barrie is finally geting one this spring/summer. I think that it's finally coming to Barrie since my co-worker emails them every week telling them where there are vacant buildings to move into :rotfl2: Seriously! She used to email weekly! We mvoed to Barrie from Kitchener, and though there were 2 in Kitchener, we rarel went to that one. But we LOVED the Port Elgin one:beach:

I went to ours in Nova Scotia once but I think maybe its a bit different than yours - the entire store smelled musty and there was only a small food selection with stuff that looked like those bizarre names that you only see at the Dollar store. I did buy my little guy a Rudolph flashing shirt for 6 bucks, but I would never go back.

We moved away from the town I lived in all my life about 1 1/2 years ago and the only thing I miss is Giant Tiger :)

I am always pleased and surprised with the food deals! We go to the one in Acton while at our trailer. It's great for a quick easy dinner when I don't feel like fussing. S
