Steelers!!!!!

Yes, I live in a suburb of Dallas, have been in Texas for the last 35 years, but I can't stand the Cowboys. I actually had some respect for the team in the pre-JJ days, but now....sheesh. Have been and always will be a Steelers fan.

Mike, I have a new found respect for you! I never cared about the "boys" till they started calling themselves "america's team". That just made me MAD! The Nfl offered that to the steelers first and the Rooney's refused, saying that the steelers were a pittsburgh team, and that was all we needed! LOL

If it is not too cold or windy, I think we will put the 14ft screen out in the backyard and watch the game...

Auburn players in the Cardinals' secondary...gotta go for them

My team was already crowned champion. I'm rooting for the Cardinals, everyone likes a hapless loser.

Ronnie Brown was signing autographs at the NFL experience. I was going to ask him to sign my Gator hat, and then punch him for being a horrible fantasy player.

Gee, I thought you were going to say that you were going to punch him in the face for going to Auburn, but I guess you resisted. Good running backs NEVER go to Florida.:lmao:

I know- you love the Cardinals because Pat Tilman played for them -

I wear a Tillman jersey to most Bills games - I love the guy - we were both Rangers, just not at the same time.

I think this will be a GREAT game and the Steelers will win, but I will not be upset if Arizona wins. Both these teams have some great stories, but the Steeler defense has too much going for it and if Ward plays it's allover. I hope that Ben doesn't have to make another tackle like he did in the 2005 AFC finals against Indy - that was too much!

Pat Tillman never played for the Rangers, that's a baseball team. Nice try.

Oh, and I bought a 12'er of Moosehead last night, quite the tasty brew I remembered from 20 years ago.

Steelers, of course.

There was a big pep rally in downtown Pittsburgh on Thursday and our high school marching band (of which my 2 kids are in) got to go and play! Our school colors are black and gold, which is one reason they were picked to be there.

Did everyone get their 3D glasses for the half-time show?

I didn't know anything about this until the cashier at Publix asked me if I had mine. I said: "Huh?" She explained that there were going to be special 3D effects at the half-time show & then handed me a sheet with four sets of glasses - FREE!

I don't care which team wins. I edge a little towards the Steelers - cause I like Ben & admire the defense, and like Tomlin's coaching style. (Of course, anyone's coaching style is better than Gruden's) BUT - I think Kurt Warner is a terrific guy, good quarterback, and I believe this is his last year playing....unless he pulls a Farve - which I don't think he will.

Oh...and did I mention that next Friday I'll be camping out at our Lakeland Barnes & Noble for the day? Tony Dungy will be there signing copies of his new book. Now THERE'S a man I have tremendous respect for!! I only wish the owners of the Buc's would bring him back. Isn't gonna happen, though. <sigh>

I didn't even know that you needed them until I saw the Today show this morning. (I left when they started gushing over the White House) I guess I need to go to Publix today!

I really didn't care who won. But you have to tell me why they didn't review the last play for the cards. Warner was throwing the ball. I thought they reviewed every play in the last 2 minutes. Of course the Cards should lose because if they played defense after their last score they win. I am a Dolphin fan, but I think the NFL wanted the Stillers to win their 6th super bowl. On that one drive can anyone tell me how they roughed Ben. He was running around so i guess they expected everyone to stop on a dime. No way. I am not a fan of the NFL anymore. They lost me when they started putting games on NFL network so everyone couldn't watch the games. I am not even going to get started about what happened when the Jags started playing. That really pissed me off.

I will always be Dolphins fan, but not the NFL.

No, we're from TJ. (Thomas Jefferson) We were in the victory parade today, as well.

I got to go and walk with the band.
A 2 mile parade with an estimated 300,000 people lining the streets!

We didn't get to see any of the players though--we were the first unit of the parade, then at the end, we loaded up the buses and left.
