We have an early morning flight out of Buffalo next month and I was thinking of staying over the night before in Buffalo. Saw an "okay" rate online for the Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport and I was wondering if anyone has stayed there? If so, was it okay?

We've stayed there the 2 times we've had morning flights out of Buffalo; it's an okay place. It's no Hilton or anything, but it's about equivalent to a Super 8 or a HoJo. The rooms are quite small, and there's nothing really to do a the hotel, but if you're just looking for a simple room to spend a night, it's a good choice. They have a nice comp. breakfast in the morning, starting at 4:30am or so; cereals, bagels, muffins, toast, danishes, juices, coffee, and a do it yourself waffle station!

We're just looking for a place to sleep so we don't have to get up at 2 am to get to the airport....the comp breakfast sounds great...especially the waffles!!! Thanks for responding....I think I will go ahead and book it....it will be one less thing to have to worry about.

I concur.
They will also let you leave your car there and shuttle you back and forth from the airport.

We had a "suite".... 2 beds and a pull out couch. We drove up the night before so we only needed a place to sleep that would fit us all! It was fine and the shuttle to the airport was easy and quick.

We had the suite also and it was great for what it was. If I'm remembering correctly, the bathroom was HUGE (you'll see what I mean!). I'd stay there again.

I want to thank everyone for their comments about this hotel...we did a little more research and have decided to book the Best Western instead. While both hotels offer almost the same amenities, the deciding factor for us was that the Best Western is 100% smoke free.

For how long can you park your car there and how much does it cost?

We parked there once for at least 2 weeks for free. We stayed only one night and we got the free breakfast, free shuttle (we tipped) and they picked us up after the two weeks. There is a phone at the airport to call for pick up. All free with price of the room.

:thumbsup2
We stayed there last year and I have it booked this year as well. The place is great and is really close to the airport. We had a suite do to we are a family of 5 and the bathroom is huge!!! The breakfast is a bonus and they have a list of the flights at the front desk if any are cancelled. You do pay for parking though. When you do park they take you to the parking at the airport in a special section and then they drive you back to the hotel. The price is great for the location and the amenities.

We never paid for parking when we were at the Sleep Inn only room.
