Hello all

Since they are not having CKC in Hartford this year I am forced to think about Manchester or Valley Forge. I looked on CKs website quick and the classes for Portland did not impress me at all. Which is a good thing because I took like 8 classes last year! ;) So if I went it would be for the vendor fair.

I keep hearing that Valley Forge is huge Can someone tell me about both Vendor Fairs if they went last year?

Thanks

I can't tell you about Valley Forge, but I can tell you about Manchester. I went to both Manchester and Hartford last year and I was really disappointed in Hartford's vendor fair in comparison. Definitely a lot of regular vendors missing and just not as much selection overall. Manchester definitely had more choices, although the room itself is smaller, and the convention is much more heavily attended, so it is nearly always crowded. The best part about Manchester - no sales tax, so more money for scrap stuff!

BTW - classes are finally up for Manchester.

I've been to the one in valley forge twice. It was pretty big but I don't have anything to compare it to. It gets extremely crowded on Saturday. I found it hard to walk arounf and see anything. I did manage to buy a few things and get some ideas. I'm sure I will try again this year.
