Has anyone seen Bob Jackson at PO yet? Awhile ago it was announced he was returning about now. Going in 5 days! Kids are getting anxious!

He starts on the 23. I remember the date because it's the first night we are at Disney and staying at POR.

I'll be driving down to Brevard County at the end of June to help my daughter relocate. Could you let me know what nights and exactly where Bob is appearing? We never missed him when we vacationed and stayed at Dixie Landings. I figured that it isn't too far out of my way to stop by and see him again, I just don't want to go on a night when he isn't there.:confused:

Got an e-mail from Bob on Sunday. He will be at POR on Thurs night. Showtime starts at 8:30. Somebody scream!!
Btw, I just returned from POR Sunday night. Stopped by the lounge on Friday. They are all very excited about Bob's return. Said that all those letters, e-mails and phone calls really helped bring Bob back.

As strange as it sounds, I got a call from Disneyworld today.
Bob Jackson starts back at POR tomorrow night. He is playing Thursday through Sunday. I sent that email to them over a month ago, when it came up on the board here. I guess they are paying attention. The woman couldn't have been nicer.

We are doing the countdown to Bob. We feel good that some of our e-mail helped out. 2 weeks and 1 day until PO-FQ and a stroll down the Sassagoula to see one of our favorite entertainers. YESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (there is a yell for madaboutMickey).

Bob Jackson is a wonderful entertainer in the lounge at POR. You can bring your children too, he's definitely G rated.

We are leaving for PO tomorrow, will plan to check him out. The the lounge have a particular name or will it be real obvious once we get there? (hope this isn't too dumb of a question?):Pinkbounc

Only dumb answers, lol. And this might just be one of them. If I remember correctly, the lounge is off of the passageway between the main lobby and restaurant. The last time I was there, about three years ago..........sigh.............there was only one lounge.

It was called the Cotton Co-op; now it is called the River Roost. This was part of the sanitization of Dixie Landings into PO-Riverside. By the way, has anyone seen his show yet???
