at a local ski resort, any advice for settings to use at night with flood lights on? Thanks a bunch. BTW Camera is an Olympus e520, I have a tripod and an external flash. Anything else I need?

The meter in your camera will probably want to underexpose leaving you with gray looking snow. Adjust your exposure compensation down to correct it. :thumbsup2
