It looks really awesome and I love the color that you made the door. Its not an in your face kind of color ... not bright enough to steal the whole picture but bold enough to make you want to know whats on the other side. IMHO you did an excellent job with it. Can we see the original color version to see what you started with?

Here is a picture of the orginal shot. A coworker said the same thing it reminder her of the Wizard of Oz.

I used a product like photshop except I like this better it is called, Serif PhotoPlus X2. I then did a layer and colored in the door and then brought the contrast on the color down.
