If i were to get the QSDP, and wanted to use a snack credit, can i buy more than one item if the total is under $4? What i mean is lets say i want an item that costs $2 and then a drink that is $1.50 (i know these prices aren't correct, but just for the example's sake), can i buy them both with a snack credit because the total is under $4...i am basing this off my memory...im pretty sure a snack is mostly anything under $4????? :confused3

No, you can't. You can only get one item per snack credit. The only exception I know of is the little box of cereal for breakfast which comes with a pint of milk, both of those are only one credit.

The $4.00 rule also really isn't in existence anymore. Disney got wise to the box of donuts, etc. and pretty much started enforcing the plan as it was originally intended.

So, to make things absolutely clear: Your $2 item will 'cost' you one snack credit, and your $1.50 item will 'cost' you an additional snack credit.
It was never that a snack credit was "worth" up to $4; it was that most items up to $4 were considered snacks in 2006 and 2007.
Effective 1/1/08, Disney changed back to the original rules, with some expansion, so that a snack really was something for one person to eat to temporarily satisfy hunger pangs (or thirst) between meals.

No. :sad2:
And you know what? It stinks I know!!
On my first ever trip in 2007, I was constantly walking around asking service members -- "Is this considered a snack credit?" I really hated doing that. The rule should be the rule everywhere..
under $4-$5 on a total balance. Period!! That would make it so much easier. I hate thinking I have to PLAN on what I eat for a snack when I go on our next trip now...

But, you don't have to plan. You are choosing to plan because you want to get a certain value out of snacks.

A snack is just that...a snack. Not a meal.Disney just chose to enforce its own rule.

On my first ever trip in 2007, I was constantly walking around asking service members -- "Is this considered a snack credit?" I'm not sure why  By 2007, all snack items were marked with the white-and-purple square 'snack' symbol'.
