I have ordered from both Adorama (http://www.adorama.com/) and B&H Photo (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/). They are very good sites.

I use Adorama, B&H and Amazon. Amazon is my favorite as I can get free 2 day shipping with Prime.

Almost all of my stuff was ordered from one of these three places.

I've bought most of my gear from a local shop--trying to do my part to ensure we have at least one reputable camera shop in town. For on-line purchases, B&H is my favorite.

online all of the above and i have also used J&R, usually i go with which ever has the best price since it can vary according to item and if i haven't used them before i check them out on resellerratings first. last couple things i bought were from digital foto club via amazon and i was really happy with the service they gave and the prices were good as well but haven't ordered anything for a while
locally i am limited to dodd camera pretty much since that is one of the few actual camera / photo stores and usually are close to the online price and better than best buy's.
recently i got prints from mpix and adorama, both were nice but adorama's came actually faster and they have more paper choices( got the adorama silk, loved the textured effect) prices very close ( got 3 each, metallic 8x10 at mpix, silk 8.5x11 at adorama ended up maybe .60 cheaper at adorama

I guess I'm the odd person out here. I always go to my local camera shop. The prices are competitive and I get to try before I buy. When I bought my wide angle, I went in with the intention of buying one and ended up with a different one. After playing around with my first choice, I didn't like it, was able to play around with a few more lenses as well as talk about them with the sale person and made my decision. I suppose you could still do that, not make the purchase at the shop and then purchase from an on line source but instant gratification can't be beat.

For ordering through the internet I normally use B&H or Adorama

For going into the store I have gone to Adorama a few times(they really try and sell you everything that they possibly can though) so I have moved to Calumet and Hunt's Photo and Video in Melrose, MA. I can't say enough good things about Hunt's.
