Hi guys,
I have done WW on and off for awhile... with success...I was kind of thinking I could do it on my own this year but not having much luck with it.
What is their new program about?
Is anyone doing it?
Thanks... I am ready to throw in the towel.

I just started last week. It was explained to me as a combination of both the flex and core programs. You still have to count points and journal but they stress eating healthy filling foods. I enjoy it. I joined last Monday and weighed in today and I lost over 3 pounds!!

You can find info on all things WW at www.dwlz.com The forums there have tons of info and support. They have a few discussions about the new plan as well as a link to the filling foods list. HTH!

As a previous poster said, it is a combination of Flex and Core (some call it Flore). You calculate points the same way, but they want you to focus on filling foods. These are lower points foods that are very satisfying. You also have a place to track your hunger thoughout the day.
Another thing they are doing is called set points. If you are somewhere that you are unsure how many points to calculate, you can use the set points. They will be higher than one serving, but you count that vaule and eat as much as you need to feel full.
Exercise is now part of the good health guidelines.
In essence, a lot of little changes, but positive ones.
