Just called for a minor thing, 11 month window for Xmas going strong on hold for 7+ mins.

The exchange company DVC now trades with. IMHO it's a downgrade from II,who DVC used previously.

The whole point of the message is that members just can't wait to exchange using the RCI system(so superior to II :rolleyes: ) that we are flooding the MS phone lines.

It's not RCI people calling MS, it's us members calling to put our requests in and leave messages of thanks to DVC mgmt. for hooking us up with RCI. :rolleyes:

Ha! Right.....its because only 1/4 of their computers work accessing RCI! I had to call on three separate occasions just to get INFO on Manhattan Club because only a FEW computers could access the info!!!:rolleyes:
