Just back from WL - Any questions?

What a great time! Just got back tonight and can I just say that I have a new favorite hotel. I have always loved the Polynesian but the WL was absolutely wonderful. The only negative was no monorail but I think that adds to the charm of the resort. There wasn't as much traffic through the resort as at the monorail resorts. And we had the perfect room. It was at the end of the ramp from Roaring Forks. We bought the refillable mugs and were no more than 50 feet from the drink machines. RF was a great place to eat too! It was much quieter than the Food and Fun Center at the CR and the service was fantastic. Our room was great. WE had the king bed I requested and was non-smoking and it was a first floor room with a patio with a great view of the otter pond. It was just an amazing resort and my girlfriend and I were in complete awe. Anyway, I'll answer any questions you might have. PS - We used Tiffany Town Car for the first time and it was incredible.

guapy, thanks for the report. How was the transportation? How long did the pool stay open at night? How about the pool bar, someone said that closed at 7:00. Did you like being on the first floor or would you rather have been higher for a veiw? thanks,,,corvair

Transportation was excellent except for one night from Downtown Disney where it took about 30 min for a bus to show up. The pool was open to midnight and had a lifeguard until 10. And I really enjoyed the first floor patio. I can't answer about the pool bar because I never visited it

We are leaving soon and was wondering if there are hair dryers and coffee makers in the standard rooms? With the boats leaving for MK at 8:30, were you still ahead of most of the crowds when you did arrive???
