Sorry this is last minute. I didn't find out until just now.

Hobby Lobby has the 3-packs of Stickles. They are $4.99 retail. HL is considering them Craft Glitter Glue and are 1/2 off this week. Ends tomorrow, but for $2.50 for 3 bottles, it might be worth a last minute trip.

I don't have any pink, so I got the three pack with the pink, white & lavender. I already have a lavender. If anyone wants to trade for lavender, let me know.

:scratchin I haven't been to Hobby Lobby in a long time... mostly because I get in lots of trouble there. But that is such a good price.... I might NEED to go!

I wish I had a hobby lobby near me. The only place near me I can buy stickles is at the LSS that is an hour away. So needless to say no, I dont have any stickles yet. :(

I get mine at www.scrapbookpal.com they have lots of colors and if you spend $25 shipping is free. That is a lot less than many places.

no hobby lobby for me either. :sad: but i do have ac moore and i like ashley, get in trouble when i go there. i try to stay away, but sometimes it just calls my name and i just have to go!!!!

the stickles at my HL didn't count as craft glues..they were scrapbooking...so we could NOT get them on discount.. :(

i know! it's just so darn cold out there. mom and i went out to breakfast after my boys left and then i came home and have been working on my 12x12 swap. and to boot i have gift cards!!!!!! so it's not like i'd be spending any $ really.

I have JUST discovered Stickles - thanks to this board.

A couple of days ago, I went to our local AC Moore. I hadn't seen Stickles there until that morning - they were also $4.99 for the 3-pack and I had a 50% off coupon, so I thought I'd buy a pack, since y'all seem to have them.

Well - many of them rang in for $1.00!!!!!!!!:cool1: The others rang in for $2.49. I bought about 15 packs - cleaned them out of ALL the ones that rang in for $1.00 and several of the $2.49 ones.

I went back to the same store the next day with TinkerBean, prepared to buy lots more at $2.49, and a friendly store worker told us that the Stickles were being discontinued and ALL THE THREE-PACKS WERE $1 - woo woo!

We proceeded to clean off the racks - didn't leave a single one. :cheer2: I got 17 more packs and TinkerBean got 15 (I think!). Then, TinkerBean remembered that we had 20% off coupons - so we got each of the Stickles 3-packs for .80 cents each! We got (many) multiples of the floral set, the Halloween set, the Xmas set, the Romance set, the Sweetheart set, the metallic set, and several of the designer Fire/Ice Glitz sets. There may have been other ones too, but now I can't remember.

It was truly a wonderful day...sigh. :rotfl2:

i did not know that acmoore carried them??!!! i would have been buying them up. what are they with? i'm going to have to go there tomorrow and check it out. really i have never seen them at my store.

Our local ACM had them on the end caps in the scrap section and they were all on CLERANCE at $1.00 for a three pack. Pinball Family and I cleaned them out. Funny they had lots at the Somerville ACM and none at the Woburn one...

The kid clerk in the ACM store we cleaned out (!) said that they had only carried the Stickles for a few months, but that they were being clearanced because the store wasn't going to carry them anymore.

Right place - right time...for a change!

Hope someone else can find some! As TinkerBean said, they were on an endcap and were with the Valentines embellishments - good luck, everyone!

Our ACM doesn't have them. I ask someone who works there if they had them and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. Neither Mikes or Joanns have them. But our joanns barely has a scrap booking aisle. There are no stores around here that carries them. The kicker of it all is that the company that makes them is only about 20 minutes from here. But you can't buy them directely from the company. I've gotten mine online. I think the last bunch I bought from a girl on ebay from Utah. Poor little things had to make two trips arcoss the country to find a home! :rotfl:

ok I just purchased a few bottles. Do they take a long time to dry? When it is dried is it raised up? Is this stuff similar to glitter glue?

If you do nothing, it'll dry over night. If you put it under a hot light, it'll dry in minutes.

It does not raise up anymore than what it starts as.

I guess it is very similar to glitter glue, but I've not used any in a long time so I can't say for sure. This stuff is acid-free though.

I've use them with mixed reviews. At CKC I used them and had a blast, and I thought they were amazing. At home I got a bunch (can never do things just a little KWIM?) and had some probs. But I think it was the applicator tip on the bottles. I stuck a pin in it and it was better.

It is very similar to glitter glue, but the glitter is very fine, and as AWM said, it's acid free. It doesn't dry sticky at all either. For that price, I'd get more.

well i did 2 acm's today and neither had any. they looked at me like i was :confused3 . they had never heard of them before. i did check out michaels since i was right there and they did not have them either.
so no stickles for me!
